Hyfluid Technology is established in 2010 and specialized in the manufacturing, design and customization of the thermal management solution and products, Through 7 years fast growth, Hyfluid has been one high-tech company, which has established one fabrication hub and engineering center in Hubei Province and sales / R&D center in Shanghai, our main products are skived fin heatsinks (straight fins or wavy fins, the max fins length=550mm for Al and 220mm for Copper, the max fins height=120mm for Al and 30mm for Copper), liquid cooler (cold plate, water block, water cooling heatsinks, the max size=2m X 2m), bonded fins heatsinks, folded fin heatsinks, and other precision mechanical parts such as ANSI / AMCA 210-07 airflow nozzles(per ANSI/AMCA standard 210).
For thermal management solution, we have engineers in thermal and fluid engineering, who all have over 10 years experience to help customers customize thermal management solutions for different applications, we have professional software to proceed thermal simulation analysis of heatsinks, and optimize the design for customers. If you have had 3D model, heat source power, fans parameters, and detailed requirements of surrounding temperature and max temperature rise, that would be better. Anyway our experienced engineers work closely with the engineering department and join the product design, striving to create perfect application solutions for an extremely wide variety of industries.
To support all customers effectively and the fast development of Hyfluid, Hyfluid Technology (Hubei)Co., Ltd has been the fabrication hub, which has the full fabrication capability to produce the parts to your final requirements, customize precision machining, grooves machining and welding water cooler ( or called liquid cooler, cold plate) and Al - Al by friction-stir-welding technology, and soldering or paste heat pipes assembled into heatsinks or cold plate by most reliable process in plants. We also have qualified surface treatment vendors such as Clear Chromate, Clear / Black anodized, EN Plating etc per different requirements. In addition, we can finish mechanical dimensions inspection, thermal resistance test, salt fog spray test, air pressure test for water cooler and some other reliable tests.
